Allison Halpern
Chief Administrative Officer
Allison Halpern, based in New York, is the Chief Administrative Officer at Tri-Worth Solutions, a full service recruiting firm. Allison is responsible for developing all client agreements and marketing materials both internally and externally. Allison works closely with the COO in setting and executing the strategic direction for the firm.
Previously, Allison was an Executive Vice President at JobPlex, an affiliate of DHR International, the 5th largest executive search firm where she led a large scope of responsibilities including internal recruiting, operations and assistance to the Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining JobPlex, Inc., Allison was head of research for the east coast division of DHR International. She managed 65 researchers as well as served as the Account Manager to a DHR board member. Allison lead projects dealing with executive searches for Fortune 500 companies and was instrumental in implementing retained search practices and methodologies to the JobPlex model.
Allison has a BS in Economics from State University of New York, Oneonta and an MBA from St. John's University.
