Lander is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Tri-Worth Solutions. Tri-Worth is a full service recruitment firm offering its clients customized solutions based on their individual needs. Prior to Tri-Worth, Lander was the Principal of LJ Consulting Group which provides strategic support in the areas of executive business coaching, talent acquisition and strategic human resource initiatives. His experience includes 15 years of Human Resource Management in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, business coaching and organizational effectiveness.
He has held Human Resource leadership positions with Third Wave Technologies, Leo Burnett, Pharmacia and Moore Business Forms. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science, Multi-disciplinary Studies from Michigan State University and his Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from National Louis University. He is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago, Society of Human Resources Management and the World Association of Business Coaches.
