Robert Daugherty
EVP & Managing Director
Robert Daugherty is an Executive Vice President and Managing
Director for Tri-Worth Solutions and currently runs the Dallas
operation. He has been in recruiting for 12+ years on both the
Executive Search and Corporate side of the business. He is
regarded as a thought leader in the recruiting industry and has
written several articles and spoken at numerous recruiting
conferences and events. Mr. Daugherty has built best-in-class
talent acquisition functions from scratch and is often consulted
for his expertise around recruitment process, applicant tracking
systems and use of strategic metrics.
Prior to joining Tri-Worth Solutions, Robert worked in Hewitt's
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division, acting as the
Director of Recruiting for TXU Corporations. In this role,
Robert was responsible for setting the talent acquisition
strategy and the subsequent execution for a $10 Billion Energy
company.
Before joining Hewitt's RPO group, Robert was the Director of
Recruiting for Tenet Healthcare where he started a centralized
recruiting function for the Patient Financial Services division,
a 3,500 employee division that is the largest in Tenet. Robert
successfully created an organization that was responsible for
hiring over 1,000 employees in a 9-month time frame.
Robert started his corporate career with Kinko's where he held
numerous roles in recruiting, including Manager of Field
Recruiting. Mr. Daugherty's career began in the Executive Search
industry working for a boutique firm, IZS Executive Search,
followed by the Lucas Group where he was an Associate Partner.
Robert was consistently a top-performer and recognized with
numerous awards from both his employers as well as industry
groups.
Robert graduated from Lakeland College where he majored in
Finance and Statistical Analysis with a minor in Economics.
Following college, he played minor league baseball for 2 years
before finding his passion in recruiting. He resides in
McKinney, TX. |
